Note: Results on this page come from the 2005 result sheet published by the U.S. ProMiniGolf Association (prominigolf.com). Spelling variants of names are merged, so a name can differ slightly from the sheet. Course data: The result sheet does not say where each round was played. Hans Olofsson remembers that 2005–2007 were played on Hawaiian Rumble and Hawaiian Village (Sutters Mill) only, about six rounds on each, and that Hawaiian Village was the hardest: breaking 36 there was a good round some years. The 2005 scores cannot be split by course: rounds 1–9 averaged 37.0–38.8 with no clearly hard or easy rounds, which would fit the field being split between the two courses in those rounds, and rounds 10 and 11 (35.3 and 34.5) look like Hawaiian Rumble.
